A review of Home Alliance
It was the middle of the holiday break when I discovered that my dishwasher was leaking water. I called a few repair services, but they were either unavailable, didn’t answer the phone, or didn’t have any appointments available until the following week.
My friend told me about Home Alliance and suggested that I download their app (there is an app for Android too). I was astounded to learn that there is a dedicated app for getting your appliances repaired. It was simple to use.
Depending on your needs, you can choose from repair, maintenance, or installation. You can also use the search function to find exactly what you’re looking for. I simply typed in repair, and the results provided me with many technician options.
In the Home Alliance app, I was able to look at the profiles of various technicians. Besides that, I was able to learn about their experiences as well as read customer reviews. I went with Harry and made an appointment for him the next day. What I like about this app is that before you book the technician, you can message them and tell them about your situation. I was even able to record and send them a video of my dishwasher leaking. They have a quick response time.
What I liked more about the Home Alliance app was the fact that there were plenty of open slots even during the holiday season, which was very convenient. When I confirmed the schedule, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that you can track and receive updates on your technician’s location and progress on the service you requested. I scheduled Tim for 10 a.m. and was truly amazed when he arrived 5 minutes early. He arrived prepared, and his work was professional and clean, just as I had read in his customer reviews in the Home Alliance app. He was able to locate the issue and show it to me a few minutes later.
My dishwasher was apparently damaged during renovations and had a small crack inside. He resolved the problem and advised me on how to avoid future issues. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and focused throughout the entire process on doing the best he could to meet my needs, and he provided his services at an excellent value to me. He charged me for the same quote that he provided me during our chat conversation in the Home Alliance app as soon as he finished. There were no hidden costs or charges. This company has kept surprising me with the quality of service they provided. I rarely give recommendations or spend time rating businesses, but from the scheduling to getting an appointment, to pricing, to their technician’s quality of work and professionalism, this has been a truly wonderful experience for me.
I’m blown away by how simple it is to use their app, how quick and easy it was to schedule an appointment, and how knowledgeable their technicians are. So, right after Tim left, I opened the Home Alliance app and gave him a five-star rating, as well as a recommendation. The most important factor for us was finding a company that we could trust and that focuses on providing excellent customer service. So, in the future, I won’t be concerned about our appliance repair because I’ll be able to use a reliable app to get the quality help I need.
