These Parmesan pork chops are so.dang.good! I don’t have very many ways to make pork chops – they seem to be kind of bland or wind up tough –  so when I stumbled upon this recipe from Just A Pinch, I was ALL about trying it! I figured with Parmesan cheese and Italian bread crumbs, they were destined to be delicious. I figured right – we loved them and they only took 5 minutes to prepare.

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (any brand is fine)
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops Directions:

Combine the cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder and pepper on a plate. Rub the boneless pork chops with the olive oil and coat each pork chop in the Parmesan cheese and bread crumb mixture. Push the mixture over the pork chops to ensure they are well covered. Line a baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray to avoid the breading sticking to the foil. Place the pork chops on the foil and baked for around 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Evenings are often chaotic and if you weren’t home to throw something in the slow cooker, this recipe will save you! It takes only a few minutes to prepare and involves almost no clean up. Yes, please! Add it to the rotation with the slow cooker chicken enchilada recipe!

Serve the pork chops with a baked potato or your favorite vegetables and some macaroni and cheese or rolls and you have a flavorful meal perfect for any night of the week!
