This crock pot velveeta sausage dip is a true crowd-pleaser and it’s simple. With the help of your Crock Pot, you can make everyone’s favorite dip in no time. Throw a memorable toddler’s birthday party (the adults will love it too!) or a Super Bowl bash with this perfect addition to the snack table.

Sausage dip and chips I served
at a recent get-together.

Crock Pot Velveeta Sausage Dip

Ingredients:

– 2 lb. Velveeta Cheese block (sliced into small pieces)

– 1 lb. Bob Evans breakfast pork sausage (regular or spicy, depending on your preference)

– 10 oz. can of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies, partially drained.

Place cheese slices in Crock Pot. Add can of Rotel tomatoes. Brown the sausage in a skillet, drain the grease and add sausage to Crock Pot mixture. Heat on high for about 15 minutes, then turn to low and stir frequently. Serve with tortilla chips.

I have this dip at every get-together we have and it’s typically a request when we go to pitch-ins, too! It is originally from Kraft recipes and is one of many easy crock pot recipes I love. You can use turkey sausage to save some fat and calories too. Enjoy!
